So this weekend we will be in Island Park Idaho, for our two year anniversary. We plan on having a ton of fun, swimming, fishing, and a little bit oh hiking. This month, we have scheduled surgery or me, to remove the rest of my thyroid as I have thyroiditis (stupid name right?). Jake is, of course quite nervous about it. We also set a date to go to the temple, we are hoping the Salt Lake Temple, around Aug 16, 2011. We are very excited to go and take out covenents, do temple work and of course be sealed as an eternal family. Now if I can just loose shed some of the pounds so I don't look so horrible in my temple gown.
Miss JJ is getting bigger all the time. She now knows where her nose is at, she is obtaining a large vocabulary. She now says things like "mommy, wheres kitty?" and "Jaidyn wants shoes." She runs and kicks balls now, its so awesome to see how fast the little baby is growing up. Day care has been closed this week so daddy has been watching her. He works at night still at Autoliv, and so he is trying to get sleep and watch her at the same time, which he is not accomplishing well. But its ok because he is enjoying his time with her, when lately he has not seen her very much, its been a great opportunity for him and her to get close again.
We are working on potty training, and making small progresses. She has been going every few times in the toilet, and sometimes she goes right after we take her off, on the floor :) to which she replies "oh-ooh." She is also turning into a fish, when we take a bath she wont get out for an hour where i have to basically force her out because sitting in the bathroom on the floor watching her for that long gets a little tiresome, i cant wait until she can take a bath alone without supervision.
I no longer attend Kaplan University, and I can say that no one else should ever use them. I will be going to school through USU this winter for psychology, hopefully if i can get school loans that is.
